Kitchen and Bath Shop has opened its doors to customers in Alexandria’s Springfield, becoming the 8th store to open as part of its expanding footprint in the Virginia market.
The showroom in Alexandria is planning to hit over $3.5 million in sales in its first year, an ambitious goal for a first-year remodeling shop. It will mostly serve customers in Alexandria, Springfield, Woodbridge-Lorton area, Arlington, Annandale, Burke and some parts of Falls Church.
The store manager has already gathered what he calls a “dream team”, who are ready to design and manage projects from condos to single family homes. The store manager, whose extensive background involves decks, siding, patios and basements, is looking forward to rolling out summer-related renovation works in the Alexandria-Arlington region.
“Alexandria is one of the oldest regions in Virginia and is home to hundreds of thousands of federal employees and active duty military personnel. It has a quite hot housing market and we are happy to offer packages to our customers that will remodel their houses, build custom kitchens and bathrooms at affordable prices,” the store manager highlighted.
